Recentemente, o mesmo Estado, que divulga estas listas (através dos seus tribunais) processou (multou) o Público por notícia CONFIRMADA como verdadeira sobre o passivo (dívida) do Sporting SAD… Porquê? Porque não era de “interesse público”.

Ora, a contradição: se o passivo do Sporting SAD, sociedade cotada em bolsa, com associados, accionistas e simpatizantes, não é de interesse público, onde está o interesse público na dívida fiscal de um contribuinte individual?
E, alargando a questão, dentro em pouco, não se poderá saber (por quem deve informar, ou sejam, os jornais) que o Metro de Lisboa (e do Porto) tem um passivo galopante de vários milhares de milhões só porque alguém (responsável por essa gestão ou pelo respectivo controlo) entende classifica-la (à notícia) de desinteressante para o público.
